 1. Preparation

Check whether all parts of the machine are normal, carry out routine inspection and lubrication and cleaning before starting the machine.

2.Heating

Turn on the power, turn on the laminating wheel and drying wheel heating switch to heat up, when heating up, set the temperature control to adapt to the process requirements temperature.

3.Finishing paper

4. Pulling gauge

5. Film

According to the size of the printed materials to be laminated, choose the right size of film, and install the film to the appropriate position on the air shaft to fix.

6. Threading film

Wrap the film on the air shaft through the tube wheel, unrolling wheel, bending wheel, drying wheel and laminating wheel on the winding air shaft as indicated.

7. Film adjustment

After the film is threaded, each roll of film is not uniform, so the film surface should be leveled. The leveling mechanism can move back and forth (tube wheel) and left and right (air shaft), and the unfolding wheel and bending wheel can flatten the film. After adjusting the bending wheel with wide width film, it is generally not necessary to adjust it again, and daily production can be adjusted before and after.

8. Cutting edge

Make the width of the print fit with the width of the film, if the film is exposed, the edge needs to be cut, firstly, put down the edge cutting knife, cut off the excess film edge and wind it on the edge tube.

9. Gluing

Ceramic wheel gluing system is used to apply glue evenly on the film, and the amount of glue is adjusted according to the product quality requirements of the paper.

10. Lamination

After the pre-preparation to meet the production process requirements, the glue wheel pressurizes up and starts automatically, the film is coated with glue by the coating wheel, dried by the drying wheel and drying box, and the printed paper is laminated under the pressure of the laminating wheel and glue wheel.
