LC-S Production Description

The automatic feeding system is independently driven by a motor; workpieces are saved and can be retrieved at will. It is equipped with a new multifunctional universal module, including a 90° corner attachment and left/right corner pre-bending functions. The entire machine employs motor control technology, featuring an extended lock bottom and an extended base folding section, capable of producing box types such as straight-sided boxes, lock-bottom boxes, and four-six-sided boxes. For complex and challenging box types, it provides workers with unlimited creative space and operational possibilities. The LC-S series is a fully automated case-making machine with high automation levels and comprehensive functions, enabling paper box manufacturers to maximize productivity (tailored functions for specific box types).

Features introduction

Paper Feeding Section • A variable frequency motor drives the feed part and synchronizes with the main engine• Feeder section is equipped with three pieces of feeding knives, adjust the asymmetrical lengths as per the box sample. • Rail width can be horizontally adjusted and set by a seven-piece 30mm thickened feeding belt and a 10mm metal board. • Operators can operate the feeder switch in any region. • Embossing drive wheel guides the feeding section belt, side feed gates on the right and left are adjustable according to the products. • Vibration device coordinates with the motor, which helps the machine consecutive and automatic feeding quick and simply. The feeder section can stack 400mm of height paperboard.
Aligner Section • The paper board sent from the feeder section will be corrected by the aligner section to ensure accurate transmission. • Pressing drive pressure can be adjusted up and down to accommodate different paper board thickness.
Pre-folding Section • Special first folding line pre-fold 180°. Third line 165°, which perfectly meets the requirements of automatic packaging y.
Crash Lock Bottom Section • Compete set of crash lock bottom devices makes the lock bottom Part perfectly. Sectional-type upper Belt board with a special design.
Lower Gluing Tank • Lower gluing tank is 2L. • Easy to remove and clean • Electronic upper gluing system by guns.
	Folding and Closing • Collapsible central carrier by pneumatic system, saving time for set-up and allowing for the running of small boxes. • Folding and closing section transmit from right and left side, the belt speed can be adjusted separately, and correct the way of the box running to ensure straight delivery. • The 1100-LC-S folding part has been upgraded to a pneumatic lift, which shortens the process of disassembling the board during order replacement compared to a folding part. It has stronger operability and is simpler. The pneumatic lifting mechanism is hidden between the first and third plates, providing stronger flexibility.
	Rombone Section • The up and down belt can be adjusted separately. • Equipped with a photo-electronic counting device and a kicking paper device, which can press the paper after accounting and make it easy to pack. Also equipped with a feeding paper inspection device.
	Box Squaring • Full press section continuously and automatically, with a box collection mechanism that ensures a neat transfer to the press section, guaranteeing a well-aligned flow.
	Transmission • Equipped with a special additional sponge belt for the pressing of the box valley part. • Upper section moves back and forward, allowing for different box lengths.
	4 and 6-Corner • Motorized and untimed electronic back-folding system with intelligent servo motor technology.
	Cold Glue System • Equipped with three guns, convenient in the production of 4/6 corner box and various special-shaped boxes, gluing quickly and accurately sizing.
